BT Ultra load bars utilize new load cell programming technology for highly accurate measurements, matching the standards of premium brands like TruTest and Gallagher. Made from aircraft-grade aluminum, the construction is built to endure the toughest farm conditions, offering exceptional reliability and long-lasting performance. Bluetooth high performance chip enables control from over 50 meters away from the load bars.
AgriEID is the first manufacturer to offer a fully integrated bluetooth digital weighing solution that is controlled by your Apple or Android mobile device. Older more expensive systems have a computer built into the scales monitor to control the load bars. Our system uses precision hardware connected via a modern and easy to use app on your mobile device so its much faster with a larger and easier to read colour screen.
You can enter data into our app with precision voice dictation - with the older systems you need to type in data with a tiny physical Qwerty keyboard.
The BT Ultra Scales can be fully controlled via your mobile device so you can enter the data when you are located right next to the animal or moving around the crush. The AgriEID app makes it faster to capture the data and more flexible with the upload of the data to the AgriEID cloud or export as a csv file. You can use the NLIS electronic tag, Visual Tag or Photo ID to identify the animal and then add the weight with medical batch, notes or add your own custom fields.
In this demo there is an AgriEID smart electric ear tag reader but this is not required as session records can be saved with a visual tag and / or photo ID etc.
