Robust, easy to use, extra long reach extendable from 45cm length to 120cm in length or anywhere in between for optimum utility. The long extended reach makes it easy to scan cattle that are being difficult and hard to reach safely.
It’s simple design and easy Bluetooth connectivity with rechargeable lithium-ion battery, means this device will work continuously in scanning over 10,000 ISO11784 tags (HDX & FDX-B) on a full battery charge.
This reader scans all Australian NLIS approved sheep and cattle electronic ear tags. In addition, it also reads pet microchips (dog, cat & horses).
The best feature of this SMART Stick Reader is that is instantly connects to the AgriEID Application for adding medical records, notes, birthing, weight etc. Instantly retrieves individual animal records stored in the AgriEID Application by simply scanning the animals EID tag, saving valuable time and eliminating paper notes in the yards.

The AgriEID mobile app ensures smooth operation when internet access is not available - sync your data to cloud when internet access is next available.
If you do not want to use the AgriEID software application - simply select a cell in the Excel mobile app where you want the NLIS numbers to start being imported and start scanning tags. The first NLIS tag number auto populates the selected cell. Scan another tag and the next NLIS number is automatically placed in the cell directly below the first tag. (watch demo below)
Use the AgriEID provided template and add notes in real-time via your mobile device such as weight, pregnancy, medical batch etc and then upload to the Livestock Pro Web Application for permanent record and detailed analysis - click here to learn more
No internet access required to operate this reader as scanned NLIS data is saved directly to your mobile device. When an internet connection is established data is automatically saved to the Cloud via your mobile app.
